1. What areas do you service?
Pennridge Painting proudly services the Perkasie, PA area and surrounding areas for about a 15-20 mile radius .
2. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Pennridge Painting is fully licensed, insured, and compliant with all Pennsylvania contractor requirements, including liability and workers’ compensation coverage.
3. Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. All estimates are free
SCHEDULING & PAYMENT
4. How soon can I get scheduled?
Most projects are scheduled 2–6 weeks out, depending on season and size. We do our best to accommodate urgent timelines when possible.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are:

$200 deposit due at signing/prior to job start

50% deposit at 1st day of project start

25% progress payments each Friday until project completion
6. What if I need to reschedule?
We understand scheduling changes happen. If you need to adjust your date, please notify us 14 days prior. Short-notice changes may shift your project into the next available slot.

7. Do you handle all prep work?
Yes — Pennridge Painting is known for high-end preparation, including:

Prep is always included unless otherwise noted.
8. What brands of paint do you use?
We use premium coatings from Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Zinsser, and professional-grade cabinet coatings. We select the best product for your specific surface and durability needs.
9. Do I need to move furniture?
We ask that customers remove all items off of walls and move personal items. All furniture must we centered or removed. X-Large furniture and appliances can be moved by our crew as needed. (Fee may Apply)
11. Do you offer dustless sanding?
Yes. We use dustless sanding equipment (HEPA) and air scrubbers to keep your home clean, safe, and healthy during prep.
COLOR, DESIGN & MATERIALS
12. Can you help me choose colors?
Yes — we offer color guidance, Sherwin Williams also offers free color consultations
13. Do you offer color matching?
Absolutely. We can match nearly any existing color or finish.
DURING THE PROJECT
14. What should I do to prepare before the crew arrives?
Before we begin, please:

Remove décor, picture frames, breakables and center furniture

Clear off counters or surfaces being painted

Please keep children out of working areas and secure pets.
15. Will the job site be cleaned daily?
Yes — our crews clean and organize at the end of every workday. Your home will never be left messy.
16. Do I need to be home while you work?
No — many clients are at work or out during the day. We simply need access to the work area.
17. Are you okay with pets?
Yes, we love pets — but for their safety, please keep them out of active workspaces.
AFTER THE PROJECT
18. Do you offer touch-ups at the end?
Yes. We always complete a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations.
19. Is there a warranty?
Yes — Pennridge Painting offers a 3-year warranty.
20. How long does paint take to fully cure?
Paint is dry to the touch within hours but takes 30 days to fully cure. Avoid washing surfaces until fully cured.

21. Do you paint cabinets?
Yes — cabinet refinishing is one of our specialties. We use professional spray equipment, bonding primers, and durable cabinet-grade coatings for a factory-quality finish.
22. Do you paint staircases, trim, railings, and spindles?
Absolutely
23. Do you offer drywall repair?
Yes — from nail pops to full sheet replacements, we provide professional drywall repair as part of the job.
24. Do you accept credit cards or digital payments?
Yes — we accept cards, checks, and digital payments. Transaction fees may apply for credit card payments.
PROJECT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
25. How do change orders work?
If you add or change work, we’ll write a formal change order through DripJobs before proceeding, so pricing and scope are always clear.
26. What happens if weather delays my exterior project?
We reschedule as needed for safe working conditions. Weather delays are built into our seasonal planning.
27. How do I get on the schedule?
Once you approve your proposal, we add you to our calendar and confirm your start date.
